Explore the charming Kaleiçi old town, visit Düden and Kurşunlu waterfalls, see Hadrian's Gate, the Clock Tower, and enjoy panoramic views from the old harbor marina. Professional English-speaking guide. Your driver collects you from the hotel, so there is no parking to worry about in the narrow lanes of the old town. Expect a fair amount of walking on uneven stone, a little spray at the falls and several natural photo stops, which makes it a good first day for anyone new to the city. Mornings are cooler and the harbour quieter; late afternoon gives warmer light over the cliffs.

Visit three of Turkey's most impressive ancient sites in one day. Walk through Perge's colonnaded streets, see Aspendos Theatre (one of the best-preserved Roman theaters in the world), and explore Side's Temple of Apollo. Hotel pick-up and return in an air-conditioned vehicle are included, so the long stretches between the three sites stay comfortable. Set aside plenty of walking time on uneven marble and stone, and bring a hat, sunscreen and water — shade is scarce around midday. Spring and autumn suit this route best, and an early start keeps you ahead of the coach groups.

The ground truth
61 Okurcalar hotels sit in our pickup index, so your driver gets the entrance, not the district.
Okurcalar sits on the Mediterranean coast road (the D-400) just west of Alanya, sandwiched between Avsallar and Kizilot, about 20 kilometres — a 20 to 25 minute drive — from central Alanya. It's a quieter stretch of the Alanya Riviera: a long sandy beach backed by pine-covered hills, and a string of big all-inclusive resorts rather than a town centre with a nightlife strip. Families, older couples and returning regulars who want beach-and-pool time without the noise of downtown Alanya, but still want the castle, the old harbour and the bazaar within easy reach, tend to end up here. We're a small, family-run transfer company based in Antalya, and Okurcalar is one of the routes we drive every single day, so this page is written from that daily experience rather than a brochure.
Okurcalar's shoreline is effectively a continuation of neighbouring Incekum, with fine golden sand and a shallow, gentle entry that makes it genuinely good for young children — not every beach on this coast can say that, and parents notice the difference. Behind the sand, a belt of red pine forest gives shade that many resorts further east simply don't have; several hotels run their beach strip right up to the treeline. Incekum Nature Park, with its picnic areas and shaded walking paths, is a short taxi ride to the west, and most hotels along this stretch hold Blue Flag status for water quality.
This is the question we get asked most by guests booking a transfer to Okurcalar — once you're here, how easy is it to get out and see something? In short: very easy.
None of that is a serious haul. A lot of our guests spend the morning on the beach and take a taxi into Alanya for dinner by the harbour in the evening, or set a whole day aside for the canyon and come back tired and happy well after dark.
Along the Okurcalar coast we transfer guests to Granada Luxury Resort, Justiniano Club Park Conti, Delphin Deluxe Resort, Kirman Arycanda de Luxe and Saphir Resort & Spa, among others. We drive right up to reception, help with the bags to the lobby door, and that's it — you walk in and check in. Whichever of these hotels you've booked, the fare is fixed gate-to-gate, with no surprise "access road" surcharge once we arrive at the resort entrance.
Antalya Airport is the only realistic gateway for Okurcalar; it's about 85 kilometres away, which usually takes 70 to 85 minutes depending on traffic on the coastal road. We meet you at arrivals with a name board, help with your luggage, and drive straight to your hotel — no transfer-bus waiting, no stopping at five other hotels first. The price is a fixed fare confirmed at booking, agreed before you fly, door to door, with no hidden extras. Landing at 2am? Same meet-and-greet, same fixed price — we track your flight number so a delay doesn't leave you standing in an empty arrivals hall.
The season here runs roughly from April to the end of November. June, July and August are the busiest months — the sea is warm, days regularly pass 30°C, and traffic on the D-400 and at the airport is at its heaviest. May, September and October are our own favourite window: the sea is still warm enough to swim, but daytime heat is more forgiving for a day trip to the castle or the canyon. Most of the big resorts close for maintenance between December and March, and the area goes quiet; the transfers we run in those months are mostly for homeowners or guests on long winter lets rather than short beach holidays. Whichever month you fly in, and whatever time your flight lands, we meet the airport transfer with the same attention.
We're not going to promise you a fleet of Mercedes or a five-star "VIP" experience we don't actually run — we're a local Antalya family business that has been driving this coast road for years. We know which hotel sits on which side street in Okurcalar, and which hour the D-400 gets busy near Avsallar. If a ride is genuinely short, we'll say so. If traffic is likely to be bad, we'll tell you before you book, not after, and we'll suggest the better time to travel if your flight gives you a choice.
