Can I book a hotel and airport transfer together through WeCare?+
Yes. You can find any hotel in Turkey through our Booking.com partnership (28 million properties, same prices as Booking direct), then add a private Mercedes airport transfer from €20. The driver meets you at arrivals with your name on a sign and takes you straight to the hotel door — no taxi queues, no language barrier, no surprise fees.
Do you charge a markup on hotel bookings?+
No. We use the official Booking.com affiliate API — the price you see is the same price you would get on booking.com directly. Booking.com pays us a small commission from their side. You pay zero extra. We added the hotel layer specifically so you can plan stay + transfer in one place.
Which Turkish regions are most popular for our customers?+
Antalya region (Belek, Side, Alanya, Kemer, Lara) is the highest-volume destination — beach resorts, all-inclusive hotels, and direct flight access from 50+ European cities. Istanbul is second (city hotels for business + culture trips). Dalaman region (Marmaris, Fethiye, Göcek) is third — quieter coast, smaller airport. Can I cancel a hotel booking made through WeCare?+
Yes. Most hotels in our Booking.com inventory have free cancellation up to 24-72 hours before check-in (varies per hotel — clearly shown on the booking page). The cancellation terms are identical to Booking.com direct. For hotels with non-refundable rates, the rate is usually 5-10% lower and the cancellation rules also match Booking direct.
How does the hotel + transfer combo work logistically?+
Step 1 — book your hotel via our search widget. Step 2 — open our transfer booking page and enter the same hotel name as your destination. Step 3 — pick a vehicle and confirm. We send a WhatsApp confirmation with the driver's name and phone number 12 hours before your arrival. On the day, the driver waits at arrivals with your name and drives you to the hotel reception. Average door-to-door time from AYT to Belek hotels: 45-55 minutes.
Are hotel transfers available 24/7?+
Yes. All our airport transfers operate 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including late-night arrivals (after midnight), early morning departures (before 06:00), and major Turkish holidays. There are no night surcharges on pre-booked transfers (unlike airport taxis which add 30-50% after 22:00).
