Explore the charming Kaleiçi old town, visit Düden and Kurşunlu waterfalls, see Hadrian's Gate, the Clock Tower, and enjoy panoramic views from the old harbor marina. Professional English-speaking guide. Your driver collects you from the hotel, so there is no parking to worry about in the narrow lanes of the old town. Expect a fair amount of walking on uneven stone, a little spray at the falls and several natural photo stops, which makes it a good first day for anyone new to the city. Mornings are cooler and the harbour quieter; late afternoon gives warmer light over the cliffs.

Visit three of Turkey's most impressive ancient sites in one day. Walk through Perge's colonnaded streets, see Aspendos Theatre (one of the best-preserved Roman theaters in the world), and explore Side's Temple of Apollo. Hotel pick-up and return in an air-conditioned vehicle are included, so the long stretches between the three sites stay comfortable. Set aside plenty of walking time on uneven marble and stone, and bring a hat, sunscreen and water — shade is scarce around midday. Spring and autumn suit this route best, and an early start keeps you ahead of the coach groups.

The ground truth
Say "Serik" to most travellers and they draw a blank — but say "Belek" and everyone nods. That's because Belek, Turkey's golf-and-five-star coastline, is administratively part of Serik district, on Antalya's eastern edge. Serik itself is a proper Turkish market town a few kilometres inland: greenhouse tomatoes stacked in crates, a Friday market that pulls in the whole district, and a slower pace than the resort strip. We're a family-run transfer company based right here in Antalya, and Serik is territory we know block by block — which hotel entrance is easiest, which back road avoids the Belek roundabout traffic, all of it.
The coastal neighbourhoods of Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent make up what most guests mean when they book "a hotel in Serik." This stretch is branded Turkey's Golf Coast for good reason — National Golf Club, Montgomerie Maxx Royal, Sueno Golf, Cornelia Golf and Antalya Golf Club all sit within a few minutes of each other, wrapped in umbrella pine forest. The beach itself, roughly 3km of soft sand, is a protected loggerhead turtle (caretta caretta) nesting ground, which is why you'll notice restricted beach lighting in summer. In Kadriye, Land of Legends theme and water park is the big day-trip draw — slides, a dolphin and sea lion show, and a shopping strip, usually a 10-20 minute taxi from most Belek hotels.
Few visitors realise that Aspendos — home to the best-preserved Roman theatre anywhere in the world — sits inside Serik district, in the village of Belkıs. Built in the 2nd century AD, the theatre still hosts the annual Aspendos Opera and Ballet Festival every summer, and its acoustics are famous enough that a whisper on stage carries to the back row without a microphone. A large Roman aqueduct nearby is worth the extra ten minutes. From Belek it's about 15-20 minutes by taxi, from Serik town centre closer to 10 — an easy half-day trip we run guests to regularly.
North of Serik, the road climbs from the village of Beşkonak alongside the Köprüçay river — the ancient Eurymedon — into whitewater rafting country. Keep going and you reach the Köprülü Canyon National Park and, high above it, the near-forgotten ruins of ancient Selge. It's the quieter, wilder side of Serik that most beach guests never see, and it's a genuinely worthwhile day trip if you want a break from the pool.
Just past Serik's border, in neighbouring Manavgat district, the ancient city of Side and the Manavgat waterfall are both 25-35 minutes by taxi from most Belek hotels, and regularly make it onto our guests' day-trip lists. Side's harbour town has the ruined columns of the Temple of Apollo standing right on the shoreline — a classic sunset photo spot — with the old theatre and colonnaded streets a short walk behind. In Manavgat, a riverside waterfall and a relaxed boat trip up the river make an easy half-day out, especially with kids. We can combine both into a single taxi day trip if you'd rather not split it into two separate bookings.
Antalya Airport (AYT) to Serik district is roughly 40km — closer to 30km if your hotel is on the Belek coast, closer to 45km if it's Serik town centre — and the drive takes 40-55 minutes depending on traffic. We meet you inside arrivals with a board showing your name, help with luggage, and drive you straight to your hotel door — no transfers, no shared minibus circling other hotels first, just your booking. The price is agreed before you fly and stays fixed: a fixed fare confirmed at booking, even if your flight lands late — we don't add a night surcharge. Since most charter flights land after dark, we run meet-and-greet pickups around the clock.
We're not a fleet of black Mercedes and we don't pretend to be — we're an Antalya family business that drives these exact roads every day. We know the service entrance at every hotel in Belek, the narrow lanes in Serik town, the shortcut to Aspendos that skips the main road jam. We track your flight, we wait if it's delayed, and the number you're quoted is the number you pay.
