History lovers should take a taxi up to Rhodiapolis, the hillside Lycian city near Kumluca's Hacıveliler village, with its sea-facing theatre and the famous Opramoas inscription. Finike, the neighbouring town known for its oranges and its marina, is also just a short drive away. Adrasan is arguably Kumluca's best-loved bay — turquoise water, a Blue Flag beach, and a noticeably calmer pace than Olympos, which makes it popular with families and hikers alike. Boats leave from here for hidden coves and trips toward Suluada. Mavikent, closer to the town centre, is a quieter stretch of coast favoured as much by locals as by visitors.
