1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of airport transfer and transportation services provided by:

By making a booking through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with your booking reference number.
  • All prices shown on the website are per vehicle, not per person, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are fixed at the time of booking and will not change regardless of route conditions.
  • Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Payment may be made in other currencies at the exchange rate on the day of service.
  • Turkey Transfer reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment can be made in cash (EUR, USD, TRY, GBP) to the driver upon arrival, or via online payment during booking.
  • All prices include applicable taxes and fees. There are no hidden surcharges.
  • Toll road fees, ferry costs, and bridge fees along the route are included in the quoted price.
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time exceeding 60 minutes at airport pickups, or 15 minutes for hotel/address pickups.

  • Refunds for prepaid bookings are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • If Turkey Transfer cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative transfer will be provided.

5. EU Consumer Rights (Distance Selling)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), consumers residing in the EU have:

  • 14-day withdrawal right: You may cancel your booking within 14 days of making it without giving a reason, provided the service has not yet been performed.
  • Exception: If you request service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal ceases.
  • Partial performance: If you withdraw after the service has partially begun, you are liable for a proportionate amount.

6. Service Conditions

  • Flight tracking: We monitor your flight arrival time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait at no extra charge.
  • Waiting time: For airport pickups, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes after flight landing. For hotel/address pickups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes.
  • Child seats: Free child and booster seats are available upon request during booking.
  • Luggage: Standard luggage is included. Oversized items (surfboards, bicycles, etc.) must be declared at booking.
  • Meet & Greet: For airport arrivals, your driver will meet you at the terminal exit with a name sign.
  • Vehicle assignment: We reserve the right to assign a vehicle of equal or higher category than booked if the originally assigned vehicle becomes unavailable.

7. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times as required by Turkish law.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
  • The driver reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive passengers.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the booking holder.

8. Liability

  • Turkey Transfer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, government actions, or other force majeure circumstances beyond our control.
  • All vehicles are fully licensed, insured, and GPS-tracked for your safety.
  • Maximum liability per booking is limited to the total fare paid for that booking.
  • Turkey Transfer is not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to recover and return them.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Amendments to Bookings

Changes to your booking (time, date, destination) can be made free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Changes are subject to availability.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design elements, and software — is owned by Turkey Transfer and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our data practices.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve any complaints directly. Please contact us first at info@antalyatransfer.taxi.
  • EU Online Dispute Resolution: If you are an EU consumer, you may submit a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  • Turkish Consumer Arbitration: Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502), disputes below the legal threshold may be referred to the Antalya Consumer Arbitration Committee.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
