Cruise between Europe and Asia, see Ottoman palaces, fortresses, and the magnificent Istanbul skyline. Pick-up from your Istanbul hotel and the return transfer are arranged for you, so there's no need to find the pier alone. Late-afternoon sailings catch the best light on the waterfront mansions and the strait's two bridges, while mornings are calmer for photos. Bring a windproof layer — the open deck stays breezy even in summer — and keep your camera charged for the palace facades.

Fly to Istanbul for a packed day: Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, and Bosphorus cruise. Domestic flights, all entrances, lunch, and expert guide included. The day starts before dawn with a transfer from your Antalya hotel to the airport and ends with a late-night drop-off, so keep the following morning light. Bring photo ID for the domestic flight, comfortable walking shoes, and a scarf plus shoulder cover for the mosque visits. The pace is demanding and suits adults and older children who are happy to keep moving between sights.

Yes — both are a short ride from most Esenyurt hotels. Büyükçekmece's lagoon and historic bridge, and Beylikdüzü's marina and seafront, are easy half-day outings by taxi.
We regularly drop guests at Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul Beylikduzu, Sheraton Esenyurt, Ibis Hotel Esenyurt, Boris Hotel, DELTA DELUX, HEP İstanbul and innovia2, plus others on request.
No. The fare is a fixed fare confirmed at booking regardless of arrival time, so a delayed or overnight landing never changes the price you agreed.
Esenyurt sits well outside the historic peninsula, so central sights mean a longer ride. What's genuinely close by taxi are Büyükçekmece, Beylikdüzü, Başakşehir's malls and stadium, and Haramidere.

The ground truth
10 Esenyurt hotels sit in our pickup index, so your driver gets the entrance, not the district.
Esenyurt isn't a seaside resort — it's something more interesting: one of the largest, youngest and most international districts in all of Turkey. Tucked into the European side of Istanbul between Büyükçekmece and Başakşehir, a few kilometres inland from the Marmara coast, Esenyurt grew from a small village into a district of well over half a million residents in barely three decades. The skyline is dense with modern residential towers, shopping streets never really go quiet, and you'll hear Turkish mixed with Turkmen, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, Arabic and more — Esenyurt has become a genuine home for Istanbul's Central Asian and Middle Eastern communities. It's also known locally as the city's wedding-hall district, with more düğün salonu venues per square kilometre than almost anywhere else in Istanbul, and for Istanbul Esenyurt University, which draws students from across the country and abroad. None of that shows up in postcards, but it's exactly why so many travellers — visiting family, starting a course, attending a wedding, or relocating for work — need a reliable ride from the airport into the neighbourhood.
Esenyurt itself is a patchwork of busy residential quarters — Yenikent, Koza, Pınar, Namık Kemal and Güzelyurt among them — each built up fast and packed with apartment blocks, corner shops and small restaurants. What makes the location genuinely useful, though, is what sits just beyond its borders. To the west is Büyükçekmece, an older, calmer lakeside town with real history. To the south is Beylikdüzü, Istanbul's most polished new coastal district, with a proper marina and a long seafront promenade. To the east is Başakşehir, a planned new town built around some of the city's biggest shopping and sports venues. Running along the E-5 motorway between Esenyurt and the coast is Haramidere, known across Turkey as the go-to strip for furniture and home furnishings. A transfer into Esenyurt effectively drops you at the crossroads of all of them.
A short taxi ride from most Esenyurt hotels gets you to Büyükçekmece Lagoon, where a 16th-century Ottoman stone bridge — built under Mimar Sinan's supervision during the reign of Kanuni Sultan Süleyman — still carries traffic across the water, with a lakeside promenade good for an evening walk. Equally close is Beylikdüzü Marina, where yachts, waterfront cafés and a sunset view over the Marmara make for an easy half-day out. For shopping and cinema, Marmara Forum and the Mall of Istanbul are both a quick hop by taxi, and football fans will want a ride out to the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Başakşehir. If you're furnishing a home rather than sightseeing, Haramidere's furniture showrooms are a practical stop. Further afield — and still very doable as a booked taxi transfer rather than public transport — are the Vialand theme park and the Istanbul Aquarium in Florya, both popular half-day trips for families staying in Esenyurt.
We run this corridor often enough to know the drop-off points by heart. Business travellers tend to land at the Hilton Garden Inn Istanbul Beylikduzu or the Sheraton Esenyurt, both solid choices with easy airport access. Families and longer stays often book into Ibis Hotel Esenyurt or Polo Suit Otel, where apartment-style rooms suit a stay of several days. We also take guests regularly to Boris Hotel, DELTA DELUX, HEP İstanbul and innovia2 — all names that come up again and again in our booking list, which is exactly why we know the quickest, least stressful route to each one at any hour.
Istanbul Airport (IST) in Arnavutköy is the gateway for almost every guest heading to Esenyurt, and it's an honest distance — around 27 km door to door. Depending on the time of day and traffic on the motorways feeding into the city, that's typically somewhere between 35 minutes and a little over an hour. Our driver waits at arrivals with your name, helps with luggage, and tracks your flight so a delay never means an empty pickup point. The fare is a fixed fare confirmed at booking — no meter running, no surprise add-ons for night arrivals or extra bags — and we go door-to-door straight to your hotel or apartment, whichever of the addresses above you're staying at.
The E-5 and TEM motorways that serve Esenyurt are two of the busiest roads in the country, so journey times swing widely with rush hour — plan transfers with some buffer either side. Street taxis are easy to find along the main avenues, but fares and routes can be inconsistent for visitors who don't know the area, which is exactly the gap a booked, fixed-price transfer closes. Whether you're heading in from the airport for the first time or need a ride out to Büyükçekmece or Beylikdüzü during your stay, booking ahead with a company that already knows Esenyurt's streets — as we do at Antalya Transfer — saves the guesswork and the haggling.
